Got it a couple of years ago at a SMKW. The scales are bone.
 
Sure,I was at smkw when they came out.interesting handles,great for halloween.nice knife.
 
I cant seem to find anymore on the web. I guess is was a short run. Yep, it the halloween carry knife.
