I just bought an Ontario SP-8, even though all reviews say the sawback is useless. However, the sawback I have on mine is different than anything I can find online. The ones I see online are basically just ridges...but the one on mine is totally different with real teeth. So can anyone help...do I have a fake of some kind, a custom mod, or some other anomaly? I looked online for two days and can't find a match. Appreciate any help.
Appreciate the help...found out the saw back is actually from the early 1990's before they made a change to the current style. Actually found a couple of pics under 'vintage SP-8'.
