Yeah, I got something similar today when trying to comment on a post.
 
I'm getting similar messages in the early morning (like middle of the night U.S. time)

You'd think all these ridiculous membership fees we all pay would at least buy a decent server :p
 
I just got that when I tried to report a post....but, when I went back to try again, I got a message that I had to wait at least 60 seconds to report another post (so I guess it went through?).
 
I tried to edit my above post, got the same error message again.
 
Yep, same here earlier today. Tried to repost and it said it was already posted, which it was.
 
I'm getting that when posting replies and currently this Thread shows no responses yet there's 10 of them.
 
I got it maybe 20 mins ago when trying to post. I was returned to the thread and tried again to post. I got the 60 second notice and was returned to the thread - and the post was there ! Strange.

Same deal as first time. Try report. Duplicate notice. Returned to thread ans there it 'tis.
