I stopped by my local knife shop and he showed me this Gurza 2 because of my interest in D2 steel. We looked around for about 45 minutes on our phones to see if we could find it, and nothing came up like it. The ones we found had a little more detail in the backround where the tail of the snake meets the bird, which were going for around €95, approximately $135 canadian. I was wondering if you guys had ever come across this beauty, or potentially know the approximate value behind it? The knife shop I was at bought out a online retailer and got a bunch of stuff so they got it for next to nothing, and sold it quite a bit cheaper than usual. Just want to double check if it was a good deal and a half or a bust.
 
This knife is made by the "Kizlyar" company.

They don't get a lot of publicity on Bladeforums, but people seem to think they have a decent reputation.

Now, Registered Users, like you and me, are not allowed to ask or comment about the value of a knife or other item.

However, if you search for "Kizlyar knives", you will find ample examples of their work.

As for this specific knife? I've never seen it before so I can only comment as I have above, on the general reputation of the company.

In the end, most knife purchases are more about "want" than "need", so you are the only one who can tell for sure if it is a good value.

Edit: And then, I found it. Right on Kizlyar Knives home site...

Go there if you want, and go to the category "hunting knives". You'll find it listed by the name the dealer told you.
