Not all Cyclones come with Ti scales/frame lock, just the TiZDP version,
if that's what you meant.

Yea I found that site on a search too, but wasn't sure if it was reliable.

Nope. All zdp-189 from Kershaw came with ti handles.

If for some reason you want a ZDP-189 blade in a non-Ti handle - the blades do interchange - at least in my limited experience with a couple of each (1635 and 1636).

I contacted him about 2 weeks ago and he said there were no more . But I have one on the way from "Barker", so I'm looking forward to it.

I was just asking about the Ti handle scales and the ZDP-189 because I did not want to unknowingly get a ZDP-189 Mini-Cyclone without the Ti scales or without a frame lock.

Will Kershaw ever make another sprint run of the TI ZDP-189 mini-cyclone? I would like one. When i started buying knives, I missed out on that guy.
