Anyone Sharpen Axes?

Since I read that siguy is away on an extended project, I don't know who does this kind of sharpening work. Incidentally, I'm making this inquiry for a new member rather than myself. He has an old axe and doesn't want to do the restoration of the blade himself.

Thanks for any referrals you can offer.

What kind of work needs to be done? just sharpening or does the whole axe head need some love :)
