Anyone spend time behind a ulu?

I was cruising the for sale area and ran across this one for sale and got to thinking that it would make a kick ass food knife. Anyone spend anytime in the bush with a ulu and can clue me in to where this knife would excel or where it would have draw backs?

I have a cheap stainless steel one from wally would. My wife bought it, and gave it to me after cutting herself with it. It is the best thing I have every found to cut up small game .

We've used one for years as a pizza cutter. They're great around the kitchen; but I've never used one in the bush.

I picked a knife up similiar to an ulu at a gun show. It was some cheap stainless steel, but I did manage to get a shaving edge on it. I tried it a bit will skinning deer this year but it didnt seem to work that well. Perhaps I needed to work on my technique
