Hey all - I have an M6 on the way; it will be my second and was thinking about stripping one of them. Has anyone does this and have any pics of theirs? I know there are other posts about the actual stripping of other Rats, but I haven't seen any pics of a naked M6. Thanks. Edit: I went ahead and stripped the M6; pics are below. Enjoy.

I have a stripped black canvas RMD, mirror polished grind contrasted with a bead blasted flat and spine. I'll get some pics up for you. I think the M6 would look very similar.

this isn't the best pic, I no longer own this either but I had this done to my original M6

Stripped this one this morning. I like it a lot better. Got to love than hamon. These knives are somewhat rough underneath. Trying to make them look like satin LE's is left to a belt sander. It's like taking a new truck through the brush for the first time and getting that first scratch. Now you enjoy it for it's intended purpose.

Well, I did it. I stripped the used M6 that I had. Just received a new one last week so I thought it would be better to keep it new and strip the other one. Very easy to do; no issues at all. Here she is after stripping and a nice bubble bath.:D

Wow Thrill! Is that how it looks with no sanding? If the answer is yes I know a beat up M6 that is getting a chem bath as soon as I get home tonight!

Yep. No sanding or polishing. Just used this stripper (Home Depot) and soap/water cleanup.
