I've got a Bark River Bay de Noc that I bought to haul in my daypack for light clearing when hunting. It's a lot of blade. Keep in mind that this is a camp knife and was designed to slice. I use it as a chopper and have had a couple small chips, which will sharpen out as time goes by, but the chips are not something that bother me.
I've also got a Gameskeeper and Canadian Special, both from Bark River, that I alternate when in the field. I find I like carrying the Canadian Special when hiking and the Gameskeeper when hunting. The Bay de Noc goes when the daypack is used. All three are great knives.
The only other knife I would consider would be the soon to be released (hopefully) longer Bravo, which is supposed to have a 7" blade.
Hope this has been a little help. Dave
