Anyone try the new EdgeTek sharpeners?

I'm curious if anyone has picked up the new sharpeners from Buck, and how they compare to offerings from other companies, such as DMT for example. I've started noticing that Buck's 420HC seems to respond well to diamond sharpeners, which means I can simplify my equipment by quite a bit.

The one Buck has on Youtube looks a lot like one I have called a "Jewelstick."

It works real good. I suppose Buck just slapped their name on something made by an existing company.

I'll pick up one with the Buck name brand on it as soon as Buck gets them on the website.

I think it's from the same manufacturer as the Jewelstik, so you're probably right about Buck just putting their name on it.

Check out the new item section on Buck's website, I'm pretty sure they were in stock last time I checked it out.

I'm just torn because I really like the form factor of my DMT Diafold, but would like something similar with a continuous surface.

Thanks......I was not looking there, but in the regular "Sharpening" area........but now I see them in "New Products," but the "Add to Cart" is not working for me.

I'll keep trying, maybe it's a temporary glitch.

At least when Buck puts their name on a product, we know they insist on high standards of quality.
