Anyone use an adapter for your vehicle cup holders?

Looking for adapter that will keep water bottles or other tall, skinny drinks from falling over. The factory ones are short and wide and our drinks tumble out. Illustrated below:

Maybe you can epoxy some plastic on the inside so it can fit taller drinks.

I use bottles and mugs that play well with my cup holders.

I use a mason jar lid without the top piece just the ring part. Works pretty well for me.

Mine are wide and short also, I use large foam can cozy for narrow water bottles. I hate mine but my buddy's car has even wider shorter cupholders like it is for transporting hockey pucks.

Get a large fast food cup that tapers to fit cup holders, then cut it down to provide just enough height to stabilize your bottle.
