anyone use Fiebing's Leather Sheen?

I have used Fiebing's leather sheen on my knife sheaths for about as long as I can remember. It seems like they have changed the formula. It used to take awhile for the leather sheen to dry and it left a sticky residue on the cardboard the sheath was lying on. Now it drys instantly and leaves no residue. In fact, I can't tell much difference between a sheath sprayed with Leather Sheen and one not sprayed.
Anyone else have experience with this?
