Hey folks,
does anybody use the Peltonen M.07 as an allround bushcraft/survival/hunting/wilderness utility blade? 'm talking bout this lil baby: http://www.kellamknives.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_33_83_87&products_id=792
I've been eyeing on Peltonens knives for quite a while, but now i could get one quite cheap, which makes it even more tempting... :D I heard that the blade shape is modified in comparision to the M.95, which should make it much more of a cutter. Are there any reviews available, i've found some on the M.95, but virtually nothing on the smaller one...
Any thoughts or comments on this Knife? And of course, some pics would be awesome!!!
Thanks,

Karlson

I've had the larger model for some time...outstanding. The shorter version should be as well.

I have the M07, really a nice knife. Seems super tough and it's easy to sharpen which I like. Also the sheaths for both sizes are really well made. I owned the larger model too, but I like the 07 a little better.

Here's some pics of mine. The coating was getting scratched up so I'm in the process of removing it.

In hand. The handle is pretty comfortable and large which I like too.

Congrats !
I have the larger one and it's great. The M07 with it's shorter and wider blade should be a good bushcrafter.
They're awsome knives - it's sad they don't get enough respect outside Europe :(

It seems they aren't "spectacular" enough for the rest of the world and that Mr. Peltonen doesn`t do any marketing at all.
