I love Shane siberts scout model.
It's one of my favorite designs.
Does anyone else wanna see benchmade produce one?
It would sell like hotcakes.

Hopefully the two parties have a good relationship, unlike some in the past.

I personally don't see Benchmade making a large fixed blade like that. They could do it but it's not really their thing. I'm not sure how much they listen to forum requests and a large store owner would probably have better luck getting it made.

They’ve made large fixed blades before, and now they’ve got an established relationship with the maker. It could happen.

The pic he put up is of the large.
The one I want them to produce is a little smaller
 
wouldn't it be like a beefier version of their csk...

and honestly, if they can leverage the name of a famous knife maker, doesn't it make it easier to get in that market?
 
Purdy knife. I still dont have any confidence in a blade that large in S30V. I still think once you get to a certain size you have to have a differentially heat treated steel of higher degree of toughness over pure edge capability.
