Anyone want to make a spearhead for me?

Hello all, I have an little problem that I'd like to fix. I ordered some extra shafts for my Cold Steel javelin. I got three, and while two of them are great, there is one that is slightly flawed. That is, the portion of the shaft that the head's socket is supposed to fit to is off center. However, instead of returning it, I have decided to keep it around b/c I like the grain structure. I've already applied two coats of linseed oil and am thinking of applying a polyurethane final coat after some more oil sessions. My question to anyone out there is this: It's obvious the area for the spear head will have to be reworked to put it back on center, and since I don't have any tools to do it, and since it'll also need a kind of custom spearhead to fit it, is anyone willing to undertake such a project for me? I'm looking for someone who will do this for under $100, and it really isn't necessary to make a socket type spearhead, either. If you can do a nice stock removal that you can cut a slot in the shaft for (after removing the upper portion where the socket would have been) the head and use pins to secure it, that's cool, too. In any case, write me off list and/or I'll be checking this thread for any questions about things like metal preference, style, etc. Thanks in advance.
