I get a kick out of ol' hillbilly Chris Kirk. I don't order any knives, but sure enjoy his "good ol boy" sales pitches.

"Boys an ladygirls...."

I find it a hoot. Some of the knives look to be very good buys but I just watch it for the entertainment value.

It's on the Dish Network satellite system.

Monday and Friday nights.

Lots of times, I end up goin to sleep while he's a-sellin knives but some of his comments are priceless.

:D

I have watched him for years although I lose him when he changes channels, and goes to another network.
One thing is I have learned a bunch about slipjoints from him. He is not a tactical knife nut, and you can tell he really does not like them but does on ocassion get some on to please the customers. GHe knowledge of slipjoints is superb, and quite educational.
He is a good ole boy from the hills of tennishoe:), and is pure redneck all the way but fun to watch, and entertaining. Even my wife enjoys his humor, and slang he uses all the time.
He is not like those nuts on the tv shopping networks as he does sell true collectable slipjoints, and not the gas station knives as he calls them.
I recommend him to anyone who is into slipjoints as he does have good prices, and seels users as well as collectables.

Just my .02 cents

Larry :)

I used to watch his show religiously but when he went to satellite broadcast I lost the best knife show that had been on in a long time. time warner wont carry that channel"not enough interest" and living in an apt rules out a dish. i agree his baliwick was the traditional slipjoint knife and frequently had some very rare knives up for sale. :D :D :D

I used to get a auction type show he did on cable but now I can't get any of it.He is funny and loves QVC.
