Wusthof -- the kitchen knife company -- has a 4-inch blade folding knife that looks nice. It has 440HC steel (which I have no experience with) and a lockback mechanism. But I don't know if I feel like experimenting with a folding knife from a company not known for folding expertise.
The ones I've seen advertised are right about $70 -- which isn't a huge amount but could go towards a knife from a more trusted manufacturer. Has anyone tried this knife out?
