Anyone with Nielsen disc?

Purchased a hub second hand, just ordered some discs the 1 degree taper(4 of them) from Rod Can anyone post pictures of their discs? The chatter on all for of mine is pretty bad, I havent run them yet but when I can catch each groove from it being turned with a fingernail I'm a little worried given how much they were.

Appreciate any help from you fine gents.
 
I do own Nielson discs. I would not expect them to have that runout. Put a dial indicator on the hub. Maybe the previous owner bent it removing it.
 
I use the 1 degree disc, the heavy, and light flat discs. All smooth running with no chatter at all.
 
If you haven’t ran them how do you know they chatter? Are you feeling the machining grooves and this is your worry? A picture of what you’re worried about would really help!
 
I'm not speaking for the company, but the machining was probably left a little rough to give better adherence for psa discs and feathering adhesive.
If you find it's TOO rough, you could probably use a palm sander and some 220 on them while running. I had to do this to a couple of my homemade discs when they rusted.
 
If they're not right send them back. Neilson stands behind his work . But not if you change it.
