Anything else like an Al Mar Eagle Ultralight?

So, I lost my Al Mar Eagle Ultralight keychain knife. Had to leave it in a car when I entered a courthouse and then it just disappeared.

Are there any thin and light blades that can compare to it? It has a 4" blade, but it only weighs 2.6oz and is .37" thick.
