12 miles??? Shoot, some days I do not feel like driving my truck 12 miles! Much less a bike...but that is awesome Pokey! Cycling is sooooo much better than running. :thumbup:

Thanks! I know that running is HORRIBLE on your joints but I love to do it. Since I run a good amount, my hips are starting to hurt a lot more. Cycling was definitely a lot easier on the joints.

MUCH easier on the joints! And nothing feels "better" than when you get off the bike and your quads and hips are on fire, or feels worse depending how you look at it. After 12 miles I am not sure how you made it out of bed this morning!! I am sure that felt nice haha
