Anything like the U2 in carbon steel?

Does any company make a knife similar in shape (blade and handle) and size to the fallkniven U2 in carbon steel?

Kissing Crane makes a small Sodbuster in carbon steel that's about the same size/blade shape, but it doesn't have a lock. Case also makes a small CV Sodbuster, also without a lock.

isnt the cutting edge of the U2 carbon steel? I thought the outside was laminated stainless to a relatively high alloy carbon steel core for cutting.

Nope. This is from the Falkniven website describing the SGPS blade of the U2. Lots of Chromium
