Anything New At SHOT.....???

I saw a video showing a decorated TiLock, but not any new models. Search YouTube for "Late Boy Scout SHOT 2015".
 
Well........what I thought was interesting was the unique 21 that is modeled after Victorfs insingo with the partial drilled dimples. I am not being sarcastic, or flaming Victorf. Its interesting that after all the press Victorf's blade got on this forum, that something similar shows up from the factory. ;)
 
I like how they're doing designs on the TiLocks now. My ears perked up when they said the "new" raindrop had tighter patterns etc. Wish the camera would have concentrated on it a little better.

I actually got to play with a Ti lock today and I was impressed. If I get used to the lock I might get one of the new ones with designs. Looked like a gear pattern.
 
What impressed me the most was it is solid as a rock and easy to open. Closing is a different story. LOL
The new Unique patterns look awesome. So much for cutting back on new toys. LOL
 
I've never heard of that Isaac that was in the video. What role does he play in the whole CRK scheme? Would have thought Chris would be there with Anne...

I hear yah Flyingjon, but I've witnessed a lot of people work themselves to death. If Chris isn't there, maybe that's a good thing. He's been in that game for decades and isn't exactly a young man. I wish the guy well, and don't really need to see his mug, to like his knives. I like the fact he is still part of it. That means something to me.

He always gets flack for his public appearances, so maybe he's outsmarting everyone this time! ;)
 
I see your point and totally understand. I didn't give it much thought before I posted that last sentence. I've recently been thinking about what will happen when Chris retires. Hopefully the legend will continue! 👍
 
I thought about starting a thread on this yesterday regarding the video from Shot, but there wasn't really much new to report on except for the embellished Ti-Lock. I've never been able to warm up to the Ti-Lock, but that blade and grind are gorgeous.
