Anza Borrego Desert Hike

Last weekend I spent a couple of days trying to capture what Anza Borrego is all about. I hiked, took pictures, got lost looking for trails, tried out some new gear, and came across some nice looking lizards. The Desert’s beauty is subtle but spring is visually the best time to visit. Anyone else have any experiences in Anza Borrego? Hope you like the pictures.

Great Pics. Thanks for sharing. Looks like you had a great time..... more

fun than Im having now in Michigan.

Nice pics. I love the elephant and the dude carrying grapes that you made, all with just a swiss knife :p

Looks like a nice walk

Great stuff once again, Ruben.

The Anzo Borrego is my old stomping grounds (I live in San Diego). You can spend a lot of time out there and never see all the diverse eco systems and terrain that it has to offer. It's an amazing place.

Excellent pics! The desert really is the most amazing place in the right time of the year.

Beautiful stuff, Reuben, as always! You've been a busy adventurer lately!
