Anza File Knife SOLD
The overall length is 7 and 3/4". The blade is 3.5" and made from a file which has been annealed, cold ground and polished. I got this in a swap. I've never used it, but the knife appears to be lightly used with a few light surface scratches. The edge is perfect and is very sharp. No box.
The handle is wood, but I'm not sure what kind. On the spine it says "Anza USA '03." $50.00 shipped- PRICE DROP, NOW $45 CONUS. PayPal +3.5%
It comes with the original pictured sheath.
Next up is a triple modified Ontario RAT-7 in 1095. SOLD.
The RAT 7 is 12" in overall length, 7" tip to scales with a cutting edge of 6.5". The blade is made of 1095 Carbon Steel and is 3/16" thick.
The knife was used before and after Mods#1 and 2, but not after Mod#3. It comes with it's original sheath and box. Both the knife and sheath are in great condition, but this one is just not getting used enough. The Blade has some light scratches, but the edge is perfect and razor sharp.
The Mods are as follows: Mod#1: Cutting edge coating stripped and satin finish applied by Bark River Knives. Mod#2: Professionally convexed by Bark River- having a knife professionally convexed as opposed to doing it your self makes a big difference. Mod#3: Atom splitting edge put on by an expert knife sharpener.
