I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread with everyones stolen/missing INFI in one spot, especially with all of the incidents lately. I had an idea that seems too simple but I don't know how cost effective it would be for Jerry and the crew. What is all INFI besides the LE's were serial #'d somewhere it was not too obvious like under the slabs even though they would have to be removed? How about a super small # under the coating in particular spot?
 
I had a custom knife with elk horn handles and my name engreved on the blade. It was stolen out of my truck never to be heard of, or seen again. I would imagine whoever steels knives would probably just grind the # or names off the blade. But under the handle would be a good place to hide them, unless their pinned. That was 20yrs. ago still have'nt run across it. :(
