Apex 4 pro. Is it good as it says it is? do you recomment it? is is relatively easy....dont recommend sharpmaker i already have it. Easy to get perfect edge?
 
It will make a knife sharper than you ever imagined possible. Plus, the edge with the polishing tapes will look like a mirror, literally.
 
I have one and wouldn't be without it. Need to reprofile your blade? The Apex Edgepro is the tool to do it. A bit fiddly to set up and take down but that is offset by the fact you can get accurate, scary sharp, polished edges on your blade.

Even better, at least as far as I'm concerned, the stones use water, not oil. Easy to clean up afterwards.
 
There is no better hand sharpening device on the market than an EdgePro. Period. It can sharpen any knife you have regardless of blade length, angle desired, or degree of grit finish. Pen blade on a SAK or Claymore broadsword. Shaving razor or butter knife.
