Yes that one, my wife hates how much time I spend at Bladeforums and was upset about it. I din't post anything to that thread personally, I just closed it once I found it. Whoever wants to believe me fine as I don't really care, but either way I'd still like to apologize for this.

I am fortunate. My wife is a "guns girl" she loves going to knob creek and gun shows. When walking dead is on she asks if we need to buy more ammo. She doesn't mind if I surf the forums religiously, and she grew out of that "needs attention" stage long ago. We have been married 23 years next month and I'll be 40 in September. She will be 39 on our anniversary. She has her moments, as do we all, but I'm very lucky in many ways.

Red, I hope your wife figures out that being the "only" ,isn't the only important thing. My thoughts are with you both.

Ah. Littlehoot. You lucked out bud. I'm envious of the fact that you and your wife share interests. Not that the wife and I don't share ... ...pastimes . But if would be nice if she understood my "obsession" as she calls it.

We don't totally share interests, but we each value those of the other, in addition to those we share. Placing "value" in your spouse's interests is one of the secrets to a happier existence.

I think she's also been bothered by how much time I spent regrinding this SYKCO 511 by hand with stones…… this is after spending a couple sessions with my new Nubatama 24 grit XXC Aratae.
