They went all the way back to 07 and are coming at me for and amount that rivals the cost of a median college education in this country. telling the people you love is really the hardest part... anyway... as frustrated as I am right now I wanted to take a moment to give internet hugs and smoke to those of us that have issues which put our lives in perspective. Health and life, my best to you all and your families. this is really a good place. thank you all and cheers.

I just finished paying off those leeches myself. Although my problem was a clerical one, not an audit. I'm pretty nervous about filing for 2011.... Hopefully that won't be too painful.

This here ^^^ is the best advice this thread will probably produce. Follow it, and best of luck to you.

Kinda reminds me of some good advice I got long ago, which was, "When in doubt, lawyer it out.". Seek expert help, don't go it alone.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. Merry Christmas...may today be better than yesterday.

Best advice ever

Remember the IRS motto always "We have what it takes to take what you have."

I just discovered that our "current" president and his peeps are going to formally request an additional $1.2 TRILLION extension to the debt ceiling. I was pondering how it was going to be repaid, now I see they will push it onto the working folks.
