Appelgate Fairbairn Boot Knife

I'm interested in the Applegate Fairbairn Boot Knife, but the one with the kydex sheath with the boot clip.

--does anyone know if they make this any more?

--where could I find this? It seems like the few stores that still have them only have the sheath with the Tek Lok, no clip.
