I just wanted to give a shout out to Apple tech support for actually providing some amazing customer service. I purchased my wife a new iPhone for Christmas and just got around to setting it up earlier in the week. Except that it had all sorts of problems. Mostly, it couldn't send either calls or texts. I called my cell phone carrier several times over the next couple of days and spent about six hours doing their gibberish with no success. They finally gave up and told me to call Apple which I did yesterday morning.
I got a recording that told me to leave a number and they would call me back within 20 minutes. "Uh oh" I thought. They called me back in about 20 seconds and had the problem resolved in about 10 minutes. I accidentally hung up on them at one point.... And they called me right back again . They were also extremely professional and friendly through the whole experience. Kudos to them!!!
