times make it so its time to open up the safe and sell some of the collection. before i do i was hoping that some of you more experienced folks in this field could help me out. the knife i am having problems with is as applegate/fairbairn damascus knife. it is the 11" with a dark wood handle. it is 162/300. my question is that there is a small "kn" in nice embossed lettering in the wood by the hilt. this was definitly professionaly done. was this part of production of for some specific reason. any kknowledge or help on this would be greatly appreciated. thanks
