A big thank you to Patricia for taking on more responsibility towards the R&D of this great company. Just wanted to let you know us guys who depend on ESEE equipment and blades to be reliable no questions asked hard use tools, WE APPRECIATE YOUR TIME AND DEDICATION TO A HIGHER STANDARD.
 
I agree. Our ability to respond to customers with good information and quickly has really gone up since Patricia joined the team. She's not just some regular office gal either. She's spent as much time in the jungle, outdoors, flying on Blackhawks and doing other cool stuff as Mike and I have. Now that she's on board full time I'm not sure how we made it without her!
 
I wouldn't question the all around quality of people you guys surround yourself with just buy the way your business is run. I don't know her but I would still bet my life on the kind of person she is.

+1 here. I was amazed to see some emails coming at 3am US time!!! Awesome support and great communication all around :thumbup::thumbup:

Seriously, what company in this industry has better customer interaction after you buy their product, few and far between. Now Patricia is on board full time, I can't imagine what their gonna be like now.
 
Yeah, I've already told her she is going to end up spoiling everyone by answering their questions at all hours of the night :D

The one thing we do brag about and pride ourselves on is having the best customer service in the industry. Patricia has been working part time for us for some time, but getting her on board full time was really what this compnay was needing. She's a non-stop workaholic!

Well actually Patricia is super human and never sleeps. It was one of the requirements we set down for anyone working for ESEE Knives. Our customers deserve much better than normal human customer service.:)
