Apprentice Knives?

I was at a show in Ohio in 1998 or 1999. The Busse table had some small knives that he said he was selling for cost. He described them as apprentice knifes and carried no warranty. There were two styles a #3 and a tanto blade(about the same side as the #3). Does anyone have any information about them or if they have any value?

If I remember, it was the late great Berea Ohio show. The guy was just hired as an apprentice of Busse. Part of the deal was that he had to sell all of his existing inventory. He could no longer free lance and sell knives under his own name as long as he worked for Busse. I can't remember his name but I have one of his business cards laying around somewhere.
As for collectibility, I can't say. I am sure someone from the board can help.
