I know this has been covered but I can not find it using the search. I just got one of the "apprentice knives" (good deal too, $60). And I was wondering if Busse does any work one these. I am just looking for it to be sharpened. I know they are not cover by the Busse warranty but I am willing to pay for the service. Does anyone know if they will do this?

I've heard that they'll resharpen them, but charge $5.00 for sharpening and $6.95 for return S&H. But then, what do I know? ;)
