Sounds like some bad tequilla or an April Fools Day joke.

Just a reminder that, regardless, you should hit windows update and update your anti-virus/anti spyware/ maleware definitions just in case. Then run scans right after.

Or better yet, ditch that Microsoft pile of dung, and grab a nice refreshing install of Linux for free (more $$$ for INFI). I recommend and use Ubuntu.
 
I traded in all my Y2K t-shirts for some Conficker themed boxers. Last time I hoarded all the bottled water I could find, this time I just put that money towards something a little more refined! I think I'm ready ;)
