I tried to add the 845 Vantage Force to my 119 Pro order but they won't ship to Canada. I can order the Vantage Avid large but not a Force?!?

edit: just got off the phone with a very nice young woman from Buck and nope, they can't ship the Force to Canada.

nope. normal double edge hollow ground.

Those Open Season knives are underrated.
I have a 537 s30v that always makes it into the deer blind.
You cannot get a Vanguard with that steel for that money.

All good deals. With the Tanto Marksman discontinued the price of 88.00 is pretty good. 537 is a great choice if you sheath carry.

I ordered a 345 Vantage Avid Large, never had a liner lock before and thought I'd give it a try.

I wish the Marksman had a slightly shorter blade. Of all my knives, the Buck 110 is the only folder I own with a blade longer than 3.5". Bigger folders just seem clunky and unnecessary to me. Every time I've been in a situation where a bigger knife would come in handy, I'd rather have a fixed blade for chores... Or a gun for defense.

funny. im the exact opposite. I find it just a tad small but useable, so not complaining.

the large vantage I wish was another 1/4 to 3/4" bigger. I just prefer the 3.5" to 4" plus range more. guess thats why they make different sizes to try their best to appease us all.

I've bought lots of Web specials over the years..Especially for Band knives I give the guys every year. You can count on Buck to have a real bargain for USA knives and it's always worth looking at because they do go quick!
