The past couple weeks have been a real pain in the ass. I found out I needed a new front end suspension on my truck and missed out on a basic bushcraft class taught by Kevin Estela at Scott Gossmans shop. The dreary day spent working on the truck to find out I'd be better off letting my mechanic do it, I could've spent at the class. Robbing Peter to pay Paul, luckily my tax return came in just in time to not abuse my paycheck to pay for the repairs, and a set of tires I'm going to get. Hopefully I can pick up the truck on Friday, and get tires either Friday night or Saturday morning.
The Mason Dixon knife club will be hosting a knife show in Hagerstown MD on April 29 and 30th. I hope to either drive out Friday after work and get a hotel room, or drive out early on that Saturday to the show. I plan on hitting a couple spots, like Washington Monument State Park/Appalachian Trail, Antietam battlefield, maybe Burkittsville on the Appalachian trail, Catoctin National Park.
Are there any other state or national parks I should check out in Frederick/Washington/Adams and York counties? All of the parks I've listed above, I've visited before.
