Uncle Weirdbeard was excited about this one. He is very interested to see what you come up with.

Well, everyone except Murph, the only thing he could make with a knife and a 2x4 is kindling. And not very good kindling either.....

i cant think of a thing i could build with a 2x4, does it have too be outdoorsey or bushcraft related lol?

Only tool is a knife, though.

Knife, brain, wood, paracord. Make something, anything you can.

Winner gets free knives, and Murph's man crush for a week.

I fixed that for the sake of being more accurate. He throws it around all over the place, so don't feel like you are winning anything special.

ya know what the easiest thing to make is with a knife, a 2x4 and some paracord??

Does it have to be a pine 2x4 or can it be a 2x4 of any kind of wood?
 
Wood species is irrelevant. Dimensions must match to play fair.

is it too late to claim a spot on this competition? I have an idea of what to make..just not sure if my skills and the materials of the contest will be suficient (probably mostly my skills). Even if successful, I doubt it will win, but heck, why not try?
 
Prolly after the Gathering. Figured if some wanted to try an impromptu entry while there.
