Update: Nevermind, I found the tyoe of the screws I was looking for. I believe they are called T-10 Torx Screws. Any Moderator may close this thread down if needed.

You in Korea? If you get the size there are a few machine shops in Dongmyo that can supply the screw in Ti but I suspect it would be cheaper to get Spyderco to send a replacement.
 
In a pinch you can use zip ties or para cord to secure the g clip. I had an own set up on my southfork with a piece of webing and lost the screws after I learned to appreciate the g clip with my Aqua. Secured it with a zip tie until I found a screw that fit
