AR ACIER FOLDING KNIFE AND DAGGER?

The "dagger" appears to be African in origin. Google is your friend. You should be able to narrow it down as to region/tribe rather quickly.
 
Thanks. Only one I googled for is the folding knife so far. Bought the dagger for 7 dollars approx. Just labeled "old knife".
 
On the African knife, start looking at knives from the Sudan, then work from there.

Acier is French for steel. It looks like maybe a skeleton knife. These were basic folders supplied to jewelers to add their own handle scales. It's pre WWII, most likely first quarter of the 20th century, give or take a little.
