AR/GB Thumbstud question

I have a numbered AR with a hollow ground blade. The thumbstuds are of the smaller ambidextrous type which I like very much. I've seen some recent photos of new AR/GB folders with a larger single thumbstud. Now, I know some of the earlier numbered folders had the larger/single ones as well. My question is, are these new thumbstuds the same as the ones before the smaller ambidextrous studs were introduced or is it a new design? Also, can the smaller ones be put onto a new folder and viceversa?

Thanks:)

I've seen some of the older folders that Strider turned out and it seems that the studs that are on the new AR/GB are in fact the older stlye. I didn't look too closly but they sure did feel the same.

I suppose if you wanted the smaller studs (if they have any available) put on a new folder, they could do it for you.

Have you tried the lager studs? I like them better.

How hard is it to remove the AR/GB studs and swap them with the TAD studs? Anyone try this?

The real question should be, "How hard is it to GET the Tritium studs?"

I've only seen them on Josh's personal folder.
