Hi all. I just bought a Boker Barlow on eBay listed as a 493. I noticed in the tang stamp it is marked Arbolito/Argentina. Does anyone have info on Argentine Boker barlows? What years were they made? What materials? How do they compare to other 493s? Thanks!

Never seen a 493 made in Argentina. All the ones I have ever seen were USA made. But with Boker anything's possible. They started making Arbolito knives since the 1980s and continue to do so. As far as I know this is not a pattern from that factory though.
