OK, I've cracked.

I just about to order a Batonlite from Safe-T-Lights.
[Any views on them by the way? Look like I might get away with it as a discreet kubotan.]

I've now decided I *must* have an Arc-AAA, too. Anyone got any good steers to a cheap price and a retailer who'll ship Global Priority to the UK?

Other places that I looked were higher. Sounds like you might be better off trying to find an individual with one for sale, unless you are willing to settle for longer delivery times.

Among the vendors with links at ARC's site, they had the lowest combines price + shipping within the US when I bought mine. Maybe their international shipping is reasonable, too.

Sure seems reasonable.
Prompt response to email too, so I ordered a Batonlite as well as a seperate package. I'll let you know how it turns out.
