Well a couple of months ago my Arc AAA crapped out on me unexpectedly. I finally got around to sending it in to be fixing about a week and a half ago. Sure enough, just as I'm hopping out of the shower today the FEDEX truck pulls up and the delivery lady brings me my fully-functioning Arc. I swear, they have the fastest, best warranty repair program I've ever experienced! Aside from the scratches in the finish, this thing feels and looks brand new!
