Hey Snipe!

The thing that gets me the most about Darrel's work is that it does not matter if it is a 35K rendition of Michael's Sword or a small utilitarian neck knife. You get what I think is some of the best service out there as well as a knife made by an artisan that can combine utility and asthetics consistantly.

Sorry. The image may take a while. I think I left it to big. Sorry Again.

I think the custom ArcLite is one of the nicest neck knives on the market.

I gave my 420V version a sharpening the other night... I don't know how Darrel does the heat treat, but I got this really wickedly sharp edge, rivaling carbon steel knives (but holding edge longer and SS). Must be a fine grain structure from a good heat treat.

Light, useful blade grind, ergonomic, excellent.

Recommended, for sure.

Good stuff. Just got my first Darrel Ralph today, a 420V ArcLite. Also have a custom Talonite ArcLite on order from Darrel. Nice stuff indeed....
