Arctic

Just watched Arctic for the second time, IMHO one of the best survival movies ever made. It stars Mads Mikkelsen as a downed pilot stranded on a vast frozen lake somewhere in the far north, maybe Iceland. He uses what looks like a Kephart with a synthetic grip to clean and eat the fish he catches, but (as usual) it's difficult to tell what brand it is or if it's just a movie prop. Any ideas on what it might be?
