are ABS cutting competitions canceled ?

Does anybody know if the ABS stop doing cutting competitions at the hammer ins? I recently heard this from a few makers and was wondering if this was the case?

Mods could this possibly be moved to ATG or somewhere where I may actually get a response? (i just don't think i should make multiple threads of the same thing, right?)
