Are AD and BAD Slabs Interchangable?

I'm thinking of swapping the slabs between my Black Crinkle/Tigerhide Micarta Active Duty (.195) and a Satin/Black Micarta BAD (.125) to end up with a Tigerhide BAD and an all-black AD. Can anyone tell me if the slabs on these two are identical or interchangable? Any potential problems or issues with such a project? Should I ship them off to the Busse shop or someone else?Thanks for any information/suggestions/ideas.

AKAIK that should work.

All AD's slabs are the same. But some MAY not fit as precise when putting on another AD. At worst you would have to grind a little steel and/or micarta down...very little.
