Are all Delica 4 FFGs assembled with screws?

I am looking at custom scales for a Delica 4 FFG. My question is if are they all screw construction or are there ones still out in the market that are rivet based?

The Endura I purchased back in 2009 was not riveted. That was before the FFGs came out.

Were the 4s ever riveted? Don't think I've seen one before, but it'd be easy to overlook.

Delica/Endura 4's are screwed. That was one of the improvments over the previous models. Along with nested liners, 4 way clip and better(IMHO) scale ergos. Where are you getting your custom scales from???

They have screws. I made that mistake at first as well, but I believe the heads are on the opposite side, making it appear pinned in most pictures. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm having a custom pair of scales being made which is why I asked. Here is a picture of the Endura with similar scales.

The FRN Delica and Endura 4's are all screw construction with nested steel liners and have been since they were first introduced. The now discontinued G-10 versions were all screw construction as well, only with full liners and a steel backspacer. The all stainless version is pinned construction, no screws except for the clip.

My blue FFG Delica showed up today and it is indeed nested liners with screw construction. My last Delica was an old version with ATS 55 blade steel, which I'm not to fond of. This new Delica 4 has an overall much better design with the nested liners, bushings, and screw based construction. The blade centering is a little off and the grinds are not not very even. I can fix the grinds with my Edge Pro so that is not a big deal. I'll post more pictures when the custom scales arrive.
