Are all mini-mag bulbs created equal?

There are several brands of bulbs for mag lites (I'm interested in the 2AA mini mag in particullar), are they all the same or are some better for brightness, life expectancy, etc?

For your 2AA mini mag, the 2AA Nextstar bulbs from Brinkmann are brighter than the standard mini mag bulbs.
